Barloworld list on A2X


Barloworld CEO Dominic Sewela said, “At Barloworld, we are continuously looking for new ways to sustain long-term value creation for all of our stakeholders. Our listing on A2X is another example of this as it will give Barloworld shareholders the opportunity to enjoy the benefits offered by trading shares on a second exchange in South Africa through A2X. Vodacom Group CFO Raisibe Morathi says, “We are pleased that the secondary listing on A2X has been approved.
