ISSUER

REGULATION

A2X is a stock exchange licenced in terms of
The Financial Markets Act,
No 19 of 2012 and regulated
by the Financial Sector
Conduct Authority (FSCA)
and Prudential Authority (PA)
of South Africa.
A2X, as a Self-Regulatory Organisation (SRO), is authorised to secondary list Shares, ETFs and ETNs as well as to inward list shares with a foreign primary listing. A secondary listing attracts NO additional regulatory burden or cost for Issuers due to the nature of such listing. Issuers are therefore primarily regulated by the exchange on which they have their primary listing while A2X plays the role of a secondary regulator.
